Global Youth Service Day
A Servapalooza celebrates Global Youth Service Day (GYSD). GYSD is an annual campaign that celebrates and mobilizes the millions youth who improve their communities through service and service-learning. GYSD is the largest service event in the world and is now celebrated in over 100 countries.
Servapalooza celebrates youth who have served and commit to serve their community throughout the year. The celebration begins with our Palooza Performers such as the Jr. Fern Street Circus and continues with outstanding youth Palooza Performers throughout the day. The main celebration event is the Palooza Parade. Youth groups and schools march in the Palooza Parade to demonstrate the service they have completed with banners and signs depicting their service projects that changed the community.
To sign up to be in the Pazoola Parade, simply select “yes” your group will participate in the Palooza Parade when you Pre-register for Servapalooza.
