Servapalooza Vendors

Opportunity to Sell Goods and Services:

Excel Youth Zone and Kids Korps USA invite youth and/or family friendly companies to submit an application to sell goods and/or services at Servapalooza to the 5,000 participants.  Applications are reviewed to ensure a complementary relationship between your product or services and the Servapalooza mission and target audience.

The base cost for renting a 10x10 vendor space at Servapalooza is $200.00. The company will be notified upon approval, and billed according to the base cost and the cost of any additional offers selected below.

Vendor Expectations:


  • Vendor's space becomes available at the park at 8am on April 25, 2010.
  • Vendor agrees to complete setup by 11:30am.
  • Vendor agrees to vacate the event space by 6pm on April 25th, 2010.
  • Vendor agrees to utilize the space reserved, and no others.
  • Vendor agrees to provide their own waste receptacles and display devices.
  • Vendor agrees to dump waste in the provided dumpsters at the end of the event. No dumping of hazardous waste allowed.
  • Vendor agrees to maintain cleanliness of their booth and surrounding area throughout the hours of the event
  • Vendor agrees to perform a thorough clean-up to remove all waste at the completion of the event.  
  • Vendor agrees to keep booth open and active through the duration of the event of the event.
  • Vendor agrees to provide their own 10'x10' canopy, chairs, and tables as necessary, unless renting from Excel Youth Zone as indicated below.

  • Servapalooza 2010 has a non-refund policy if a cancellation of Vendor agreement occurs after March 1st.
  • By submitting this form, Company agrees to comply with all Vendor Expectations Listed above.
