Tips for Collecting Palooza Pledges
These tips are to support you in successfully collecting money to support youth, environment, health, peace, homelessness, youth, education, and more.

1) Set a goal of the total amount of Palooza Pledges you will collect. Below are suggested amounts to find the cause that inspires you to give.

1) Set a goal of the total amount of Palooza Pledges you will collect. Below are suggested amounts to find the cause that inspires you to give.
2) Ask friends and family to donate to meet and exceed your goal. Tell them what your goal is, for example "my goal is to support the environment by raising $500 towards projects like restoring and replanting environmental habitat." Make sure to tell them all the money is tax-deductible and directly supports the community. You can use this script to help make emailing and talking to your friends and families easy.

3) Collect donations using the Palooza Pledges form and turn in cash and checks at Servapalooza. (Credit card donations can be on-line here)

Every dollar donated goes a long way to meet needs in community. Find a need below that inspires you and make it your goal to raise enough money to make that need.

- building a bike and providing equipment for physical development and health prevention
- making dog and cat toys for local animal shelters
- hand-crafting seedballs for San Diego Wildlife Research Institute to be distributed to Cleveland

A $100 donation will support a project like:
- creating books for low-income classrooms around the world
- connecting youth with seniors
A $250 donation will support a project like:
- promoting peace and eliminating violence in the community
- hosting a party for foster care children
A $500 donation will support a project like:
- restoring and replanting environmental habitat
- creating mosaic mural on an elementary school building, inspired by the school's students
A $1,000 donation will support a project like:
- revitalizing and beautifying a neighborhood
- planting five new trees in a fire-destroyed area
A $1,500 donation will support a project like:
- renovating and building spaces for community members to share
- building a small playground in park
